Whitewater Canyon Science Project

This week we built a replica of the amusement part ride Whitewater Canyon! Dad kind of procrastinated a little but I kept bugging him and we got it done...barely!
This is how we got it started. We drew the idea of the ride on our blackboard and then we built the frame of the ride out styrofoam. It was super messy! Dad had to buy a new saw because the styrofoam messed up our first one.
This is what the frame looked like when it was all done. Time to glue it down!









Then we started adding on the goodies and this is where I helped a lot!

Starship LandRover and Starship Flyer

This is the Starship Flyer. I made this one a few days ago, it took me about 10 minutes to make. This was my best creation but then I decided to destroy it so that I could make.....

...the Starship LandRover 19. This one has more parts and is more symetrical. I named it LandRover 19 because it is the 19th Starship I have made after I blew up each of the other ones. But when I make the next one I will not blow this one up! I will simply add more peices to it and make it even bigger :-) . That picture will be loaded up either tomorrow or next Saturday.
